Caravel Real Estate Management has licensed realtors who can help you choose potential investment properties. Once you purchase your investment homes, CREM can manage the property for you. Most homes, if managed and marketed properly and have been "ready to rent" have a tenant within thirty days of its first listing and a few even have a signed lease before the house closes.
Finding Tenants:
Potential tenants are screened to make sure they have acceptable credit, reliable payment history and good rental history, as well as pass a criminal background check. It's our job to make your role as an investment owner as easy as possible.
Day-to-Day Management:
CREM collects rent, monitors the property and has normal maintenance and any necessary repairs done by competent vendors. We keep you informed via email, phone and also our online owner’s portal. At the end of each month, you receive a statement detailing all activities related to your property.
